An Andersen customer is a person who has shown the diligence to do their research. They are not trying to save pennies to achieve the lowest cost. They place higher value on service, functionality, and aesthetics. They are conscious that a home charger is not a throwaway item and that making the right decision will demonstrate longer term benefits. They are essentially at the premium end of the marketplace and experience will tell them that “buy cheap equals buy twice”.
